Program Manager-Waiver & Respite Services
The Program Manager serves as the primary point of contact for our OhioRISE and DODD respite programs. This individual will coordinate services between families, care coordinators, and respite providers while ensuring services are delivered efficiently, documentation is accurate, and state requirements are met. This position requires excellent communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
RBT
We are a BCBA owned and operated in-home ABA Therapy Practice located in Columbus, Ohio. We are seeking a Behavior Technician who is committed to working with individuals with Autism in the home and community setting through treatment, to facilitate their growth and development. We're looking for candidates with strong written and verbal communication skills, and a background in behavioral programs. A successful candidate will work well individually as well as part of an enthusiastic team that supports the individuals in our care. Candidates will need to be available from 9am-6:00pm Monday-Friday for Full-time status.
Authorization & Intake Coordinator
The Authorization & Intake Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact from referral through authorization approval. This role manages client onboarding, insurance verification, prior authorizations, reauthorizations, payer communication, and medical record requests to ensure timely access to services and uninterrupted reimbursement. The position works closely with families, clinical staff, scheduling, billing, and funding sources to support efficient service delivery.
